The Indian Law & AI Congress (ILAC) 2026 is a premier, invite-only summit dedicated to exploring the critical intersection of legal innovation and artificial intelligence organised by Innovate Legal Foundation. Scheduled for February 11, 2026, this exclusive gathering will take place at the prestigious Delhi High Court (S Block Auditorium).

ILAC 26 serves as a high-level platform where judicial leaders, policymakers, and industry experts convene to examine how AI can transform court efficiency, case management, and judicial decision-support systems while upholding constitutional safeguards. 

The Congress will feature robust discussions on themes ranging from the modernisation of dispute resolution and IP challenges in the age of AI to data protection and legal ethics. With over 300 attendees and thought leaders, ILAC 26 aims to chart the road ahead for governance models and regulatory readiness in India's legal ecosystem.
